John Donaty is a fourth-generation Los Angeles resident and a preeminent expert in the downtown Los Angeles real estate market.

Jill Donaty

Jill Donaty is the broker of record for The Donaty Group.

Originally from San Antonio, TX, Ms. Donaty moved to Los Angeles in 2003 and has been working in real estate ever since.

Her experience encompasses all aspects of real estate, including sales and leasing of luxury residential real estate, as well as commercial and industrial properties.

She has great working knowledge of property management and provides clients with the tools they need to maximize returns and keep tenants happy.

She completed the prestigious Gallo Winery Marketing program and uses that knowledge to better represent clients in the presentation of their properties. Ms. Donaty provides her clients over a decade’s worth of experience in creative deal making, negotiation, and boutique-level customer care.

Active in her community, she has been a Girl Scouts troop leader since 2009 and is the treasurer of the Highland Hall Waldorf School Parent Association. She is a member of the Southland Regional Board of Realtors and California Association of Realtors.
